💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical recruiting strategy for key engineering organizations at Roblox, treating recruiting as a highly-scalable system. You'll build a data-driven recruiting engine that balances quality, velocity, and candidate experience, while partnering with senior leadership to align hiring with business priorities. This role reports to a Director of Talent Acquisition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve scalable recruiting processes and tools
• Diagnose hiring pipeline health and drive data-driven decisions
• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of technical recruiters
• Partner with engineering and product leaders on hiring strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Technical Recruiting experience
• 8+ years of people-management experience
• Data fluency to build funnel reports and present insights
• Deep familiarity with technical disciplines (e.g., Backend, ML/AI)
