💼 About This Role

You'll join a team responsible for qualifying leads and generating business opportunities for RD Station. You'll be the first contact with potential clients, creating value throughout the sales process. This role offers a chance to work with prospecting processes and playbooks in a growing Brazilian tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Qualify and nurture leads to identify potential clients
  • Evaluate leads against ideal client criteria (pain points, scenario, objectives)
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) to manage lead interactions and history
  • Schedule diagnostic meetings and presentations for qualified leads with Sales Representatives

📋 Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales or sales in technology/SaaS companies with consultative approach
  • Knowledge of multi-product strategies and understanding different value propositions
  • Consultative selling skills based on sales techniques and playbooks
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead management
  • Organizational skills with clear pipeline control and follow-ups

  • Experience in complex sales or sales through channels/partnerships
  • Background in marketing agencies handling diverse client profiles
  • Courses or experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Success, or Inside Sales
