You'll provide one-on-one home care to clients in Middletown, NJ, performing assessments and documenting care. Your work ensures clients receive compassionate, reliable care in the comfort of their homes. This role offers short commutes and flexible evening shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client home for scheduled shifts
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
• CPR certified
