💼 About This Role

You'll support the launch and adoption of an innovative robotic surgical technology, working alongside surgeons and clinical teams. You'll play a foundational part in bringing new accounts online by coordinating procedures, training OR teams, and helping surgeons progress through a structured onboarding pathway. This role offers deep exposure to clinical and commercial operations in a rapidly scaling robotic therapy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch and procedural success across assigned accounts
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs
• Train surgeons and OR staff on system setup and workflow
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding pathway and milestones

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B background
• Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
• Achieve clinical proficiency for independent case coverage within 60 days post-training
