💼 About This Role

You'll lead Tomorrow.io's public-sector growth strategy across Latin America, driving partnerships with national governments and agencies. Your core impact will be owning the full sales cycle, from market shaping to quota attainment, for weather intelligence solutions. This role stands out for its mission focus on climate resilience and representation at the highest government levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle across LATAM for multi-year contracts
  • Build relationships with senior government officials and ministers
  • Lead channel and partner management in priority LATAM markets
  • Manage RFPs, tenders, and donor-funded programs

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of government or institutional sales experience
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proven success selling SaaS, data, or tech solutions to public sector
  • Deep knowledge of LATAM government procurement processes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • Experience with donor-funded programs like World Bank, IDB
