You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries, working full-time remotely with a flexible schedule to ensure work-life balance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Reside in continental US
• Eligibility to work in US
• Previous remote work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records
• Meet requirements of various target registries
• Maintain 98% or higher IRR score
• Complete a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly
