Description
You will deliver solution-focused consultations to employees, provide management consultations to leaders, facilitate trainings, respond to critical incidents, and offer assessment and referral support for mental health services at Pearson Airport. This role involves consulting with HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational matters to enhance employee wellbeing.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs
- Ability to complete required internal training and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
- Strong relationship-building skills with leaders and HR points of contact
- Proficiency in accurate and timely documentation of service delivery
- Ability to identify and problem-solve barriers to care
Responsibilities
- Provide solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connection to appropriate resources
- Deliver management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
- Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
- Conduct tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
- Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises
