🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structural and thermal analysis for hardware units and spacecraft systems.
• Define modeling strategies, verification methods, and analysis approaches.
• Support day-to-day effectiveness of analysis team through coordination and guidance.
• Partner with design teams to incorporate analysis into design decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in structural and/or thermal analysis.
• Deep expertise with FEA tools (NASTRAN, Simcenter, or similar).
• Experience correlating analysis with test data (vibration, thermal, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with spacecraft-level analysis and qualification.
• Familiarity with ESA ECSS or NASA standards.
• Experience defining or managing simulation toolchains.
