💼 About This Role

You'll lead and optimize all warehouse and distribution operations at Fictiv, a global manufacturing company. Your core impact is driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role is onsite in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Schedule activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to achieve departmental goals
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S program

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience, 3 in supervisory capacity
• Data-driven warehouse experience with WMS system
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Small parts handling experience
• Six Sigma Kaizen experience
