Description

You will develop, test, and maintain automated tests for the NICE CXone platform, ensuring quality across all tiers. You'll design test strategies, review code, resolve defects, and support production in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5-7 years experience in QA/Automation
• Proficiency in Playwright (MCP certified mandatory)
• Experience with Agentic AI for QA automations
• Hands-on experience in Java/JS or OO language

Responsibilities

• Design test strategy and automation for CXone products
• Conduct code reviews and resolve defects during QA cycle
• Support production environment and assist developers
• Analyze testing needs and define QA activities
• Write and maintain E2E automated tests
