Description

You will lead and grow a team of hardware engineers, define strategic technical vision, and coordinate resources across programs to develop cutting-edge imaging systems for defense missions. You'll own technical architecture and guide product development from concept through manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Optics, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 8+ years leading cross-disciplinary hardware engineering teams in defense, aerospace, or medical devices
• Expertise in at least two of: circuit design, mechanical design, optics/photonics, DFM, opto-mechanical design

• Lead and grow a diverse team of hardware engineers
• Define strategic roadmap and technical architecture for hardware development
• Coordinate resources across multiple programs from concept to manufacturing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, systems engineering, and manufacturing
• Implement rigorous engineering processes and design reviews
