🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion clean code, TDD, pair programming, and design patterns
• Oversee entire software consulting and delivery cycle
• Design solutions and choose technologies within constraints
• Collaborate with teammates to build features and prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent
• Design end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture
• Define system integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
• Lead teams following Agile and XP practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Experience with AI-First Software Delivery using LLMs or generative AI APIs
