You'll support leaders on the OpenAI for Government and Global Affairs teams, coordinating complex scheduling and logistics for classified and unclassified engagements. You'll help bridge two high-impact teams and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings with senior government officials. This role is based in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule requiring four days in-office.

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for leaders across classified and unclassified engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics for government workshops, events, and high-priority external meetings.
  • Serve as execution lead for team events and strategic on-site visits.
  • Build and maintain team information architecture and operating cadence.
