💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkada's Technical Support Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues across our cloud-managed building security platform. You'll be the bridge between customers and engineering, solving complex problems for enterprise clients. This role is on-site 5 days a week in London with opportunities to build tools and processes that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Full-stack troubleshooting of network, hardware, software, and electrical issues
• Provide best practice design and configuration expertise to enterprise customers
• Own customer issues from creation to resolution
• Write technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
• 1+ years of professional or internship experience in technical support engineering or IT
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with Linux, APIs, Python, or other coding languages
• Industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, Network+, etc.)
