💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales targets while helping eliminate hunger with every purchase. You'll also manage daily operations and ensure an amazing shopping experience for fellow fans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
