You'll design and implement highly reliable microservices on AWS for enterprise SaaS contact center applications. You'll own services end-to-end with a DevOps mindset, ensuring five 9's reliability. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI and NLP capabilities at a recognized CCaaS leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, test and maintain SaaS services on AWS
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve production incidents
• Implement automated unit, API and functional tests in CI/CD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on backlog grooming and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience with microservices architecture
• Expertise in AWS, Java, Python, and Spring Boot
• Experience with REST API design and implementation

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with cloud telephony or CCaaS
• Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka
