• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Deliver care compassionately with excellence and reliability
• Chart electronically using Statewise
• Participate in paid training including office, home, and online sessions
• Maintain flexible scheduling based on preferences
