💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate architectural plan development across markets during pre-construction for Homebound's technology-enabled homebuilding platform. Your work will ensure plans meet local market needs, standards, and schedules. This role offers a unique blend of architectural coordination and tech platform integration in a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with consultants on pre-construction activities and permitting
• Review and mark up plan sets for quality and code compliance
• Document feedback and ensure accurate revisions in drawings
• Support entry of plan data into the tech platform

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant architectural experience
• Understanding of building systems integration (structural, MEP)
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
• Strong drafting and redlining skills

• Experience in residential architecture
• Knowledge of local zoning and building codes
• Experience with tech platforms for plan data
