💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting advisory projects for Fortune 500 and mid-cap companies, working closely with C-level management and Big 4 auditors. You'll drive complex transactions like IPOs, acquisitions, and SEC filings, and mentor engagement teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements and own delivery on complex transactions.
• Interact with clients' executive teams and auditors as subject matter expert.
• Drive SEC and regulatory deliverables (10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-4 filings).
• Mentor managers and consultants, fostering professional growth.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA considered.
• Eight plus years of public accounting or industry accounting/finance experience.
• Strong technical skills in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
