Description

As a CNA with BAYADA, you'll provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. You'll develop close relationships with clients while assisting with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal preparation, exercises, and medication reminders.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Active CNA license in North Carolina in good standing
• Compliant with Bayada policy for home care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with range of motion exercises and ambulation (transfers/mechanical lifting devices)
• Provide medication reminders
