💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and ship features across frontend and backend using TypeScript and JavaScript. You'll improve the codebase and progressively take leadership within your squad to set technical standards. You'll mentor peers and drive delivery in a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build new features end-to-end (frontend + backend) with Product team
• Improve codebase via refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
• Mentor developers and share knowledge to raise the bar
• Step up as Tech Lead: drive quality, technical choices, delivery

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in TypeScript/JavaScript (frontend + backend)
• Solid skills in Node.js, React, MongoDB
• Proven track record building & maintaining web apps
• Fluent in French & English, based in French timezone (+/- 2h)
