🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build ServiceNow integrations via REST APIs and IntegrationHub
• Develop AWS serverless components supporting ServiceNow workflows
• Troubleshoot production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
• Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development
• Practical experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Ability to diagnose integration issues in production environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven integration patterns
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and custom actions
• Experience documenting operational runbooks
