🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of high-performance product features
• Own backend architecture, APIs, and data modelling decisions
• Set and uphold engineering standards across code and pipelines
• Mentor and grow engineers, building capability and accountability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years leading projects or small engineering teams
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• Deep experience designing APIs and scalable backend systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL at scale
• Background in B2B SaaS product environments
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps
