You'll serve as the technical bridge between mechanical, electrical, and robotics teams, owning motor selection and control tuning for high-speed turret systems. You'll ensure seamless translation of software intent into physical motion for a counter-drone defense system. Backed by top-tier investors, your work will be field-ready within weeks, not years.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical bridge between mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
• Define motor specifications based on slew rates and turret mass calculations.
• Implement and tune high-bandwidth PID control loops for stability.
• Lead triage of hardware-software boundary failures.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in mechatronics with high-performance motion control.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust for hardware interaction.
• Strong analytical skills to model mechanical loads and electrical requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check.

• Experience with ROS2 or DDS middleware.
