🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle partner queries, support requests, and operational coordination.
• Manage merchant/partner onboarding, documentation, and data entry.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product usage.
• Oversee store-related tasks including creation, closure, and clerk management.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or related field.
• More than 1 year of experience in support and/or account management.
• Strong technology skills in MS Office, SQL, and CRM systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and solve problems effectively.

• Experience with ZOHO, Zendesk, or other CRM systems.
• Background in telecommunications, retail, or finance sectors.
