💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 technologies. Your leadership will drive the deployment of vital applications and promote best practices in outage management, enabling reliable energy solutions worldwide. You'll serve as the primary ambassador for Live Outage content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work and best practices through Bowlers and MORs.
• Lead global Kaizen calendar focusing on Lean and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Engineer or Project management experience.
• Minimum 11 years progressive experience in field services.
• Proficiency in English is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in power generation and heavy duty gas/steam turbine maintenance.
• Previous roles in Field Engineering, Outage Management, or Service Management.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline teams with international reach.
