💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. You'll follow individualized treatment plans from our BCBA team and build meaningful relationships with kids and families while collecting data and communicating progress. This role offers paid training and mentorship toward RBT certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to children
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

📋 Requirements

• Reliable transportation to commute to homes and community sites
• 40-hour RBT training completed
• Prior experience working with children
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
