You will lead and grow a team of engineers building the technology that powers our platform, guiding execution and partnering with Product and Design to deliver meaningful outcomes in a mission-driven healthcare company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams
• Strong technical background building modern software systems (Node.js, TypeScript, React, or similar)
• Track record of leading teams that deliver impactful products
• Excellent communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical partners
• Passionate about building strong teams and delivering meaningful products

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers building modern web and backend systems
• Drive delivery of high-quality, reliable software that delivers value to members and clients
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and help the team make sound architectural decisions
• Support engineer growth through mentorship, coaching, and clear feedback
