💼 About This Role

You'll support server health, system performance, and user onboarding at Larian Studios, the developer of Baldur's Gate 3. You'll collaborate with an international IT team to minimise disruptions and maintain documentation for critical building systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor server health and system performance for uptime.
• Assist with routine server maintenance, patching, updates, backups.
• Support Windows server administration under senior guidance.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and consultation for development teams.
• Participate in incident response and emergency procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Basic understanding of Windows Systems (Client and Server).
• Experience supporting user hardware and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working hours flexibility around infrastructure upgrades.
• Professional level of English communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux systems (desktop or server).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of ITSM principles and ticketing tools.
