• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system design
• Strengthen document generation, validation logic, and reporting structures
• Build and maintain reliable reports and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core
• Solid understanding of Workday fundamentals like Staffing and Business Processes
• Confidence working with structured datasets for validation
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
