🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize monetization strategy for free-to-paid journeys
• Define subscription models, trial structures, and pricing tiers
• Run A/B tests across pricing, packaging, and conversion flows
• Own monetization roadmap and prioritize based on impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing subscription-based or freemium SaaS/B2C funnels
• Strong UX intuition with ability to optimize conversion
• Solid understanding of monetization strategies and pricing psychology

• Experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or job search platforms
