Description

You will lead a team of senior engineers to build AI applications and backend services that improve mental healthcare access. You'll shape AI architecture, drive technical initiatives, and partner with cross-functional leads to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• BS in CS, Statistics, Math or equivalent experience
• 6+ years engineering experience building Python applications
• 2+ years managing high-performing teams
• 1+ years building systems with generative AI component
• Experience deploying applications with AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable software systems supporting AI models
• Shape AI architecture from vision to production implementation
• Manage team of senior engineers in player/coach model
• Partner with AI/ML, MLOps, and Product Clinical leads
• Set code quality standards and conduct rigorous code reviews
