🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain quality, safety, and compliance systems
• Define and track quality and safety KPIs with leadership
• Develop audit frameworks for self-assessment and regulatory audits
• Refine SOPs and workflows for efficiency and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations excellence, quality, or safety in regulated industry
• Experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence programs
• Proven ability to design systems improving quality and safety
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
