You'll manage a team of technicians producing autonomous systems at Anduril's new Arsenal-1 facility. Your core impact is ensuring on-time delivery through daily prioritization and continuous improvement. This role requires a 3-month training relocation to Costa Mesa, CA with provided housing and transportation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery through acceptance testing.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, clearing blockers to achieve goals.
• Ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and complete production system transactions.
• Lead daily cross-functional communication with engineering, supply chain, quality.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams in high-volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and production rate analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation like mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA).

• Experience with 5S or 6-Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and process development.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
