• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leaders
• Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure follow-through
• Prepare materials, summaries, and briefings for discussions
• Identify and resolve gaps, risks, and misalignment early

📋 Requirements

• Experience in executive support or operations roles
• Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with shifting priorities
• High attention to detail and follow-through
