Description

You will design and develop high-quality learning content including e-learning courses, video tutorials, and instructor-led materials. You'll help create partner and customer training programs and lead onboarding curriculum development, applying instructional design frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise)
• Hands-on LMS administration experience
• Strong video production and screencasting skills
• Solid grounding in instructional design methodology

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content across multiple formats
• Help create Partner and Customer Training program with certification track
• Lead new hire and customer onboarding curriculum development
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
• Produce and edit training videos and screencasts
