Description

You will oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations for the Fund Accounting team, ensuring accurate and compliant invoice processing and payment execution for investment funds and corporate entities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a well-controlled AP process and support system enhancements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in accounts payable, fund accounting, or related finance roles
• Experience with investment funds or complex legal structures preferred
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, and payment controls
• Familiarity with NetSuite, StavPay or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP processing for fund and corporate entities
• Review invoice allocations and coding for accuracy and compliance
• Approve and oversee high-volume AP wire payments
• Coordinate resolution of vendor inquiries and discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities and review balance sheet reconciliations
