💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market as a field-based account executive, primarily working with long-term care facilities. Your core impact is driving revenue growth within your territory by signing new partners and ensuring customer success. This role offers uncapped commission and a clear growth path into leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement.
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory.
• Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as territory manager or outside sales rep.
• Skilled at managing a full book of business including prospecting and closing.
• Data-driven and strategic, able to shape territory plans.
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally 60-80%.
