You'll lead carrier integration for Group 5 autonomous platforms, partnering with engineering to drive cost, schedule, and performance. Your expertise in carrier flight operations will shape engineering requirements and test scenarios.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering to develop carrier-based autonomous platforms
• Translate carrier operational constraints into technical requirements
• Lead internal R&D investments for carrier-based platforms
• Prepare and execute program reviews and customer deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 10+ years combined experience in program management, naval aviation, or carrier aircraft development
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Direct experience in U.S. Navy carrier flight operations or carrier aircraft design/integration

• Naval Aviator or equivalent carrier flight operations role
• Test Pilot School graduate
• Experience with autonomous systems and unmanned aircraft operations
