💼 About This Role

You'll join the Fixing & Funding team (4 engineers) responsible for tools that drive Younited's contract funding. You'll modernize critical solutions using GenAI to improve code quality and accelerate development with AI assistants like Claude and Copilot.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain **.NET solutions** using GenAI tools
• Participate in **technical analysis and solution design**
• Apply and enforce **engineering standards** (TDD, BDD, Clean Code)
• Innovate with **AI to improve workflows and automate tasks**

📋 Requirements

• Experience with .NET development
• Strong foundation in design, architecture, and clean code practices
• Daily use of AI assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot)
• Ability to challenge technical decisions and work collaboratively

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with refactoring and architecture evolution
• Familiarity with pair/mob programming
• Knowledge of automatic documentation generation via AI
