• Lead technical design and delivery of CI/CD platforms
• Drive innovation in developer tooling including AI-assisted flows
• Become SME for developer tooling domains
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience
• Expertise in build systems like Gradle, Bazel
• Proven coding skills in Java, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with monitoring systems like Datadog, Elastic, Splunk
• Experience with security/compliance in fintech environments
