💼 About This Role

You'll design and optimize IHC, multiplex IF, and ISH assays, and develop AI-assisted image analysis pipelines for a CAP/CLIA-accredited histopathology lab. You'll serve as scientific lead for sponsor studies, translating complex data into actionable insights for pharmaceutical clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, optimize, and validate IHC, multiplex IF, and ISH assays
• Develop and maintain AI-driven image analysis pipelines in Visiopharm or HALO
• Serve as scientific interface for sponsors in study design and data reviews
• Contribute to assay validation documentation and client-facing reports

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in pathology, cell biology, or related field
• 7+ years hands-on experience in IHC/IF assay development and image analysis
• Experience with Visiopharm, HALO, or equivalent image analysis platforms
• Proficiency in chromogenic IHC and multiplex immunofluorescence troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with spatial biology platforms (10x Visium, Xenium, Akoya PhenoCycler)
• Knowledge of AI/ML approaches for histopathology applications
