You'll support recruiting operations and candidate sourcing for a leading mobile eSports platform. Your work will directly impact hiring efficiency and pipeline health. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including onsite logistics
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS
- Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards
📋 Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, or people operations
- Experience with ATS systems or recruiting tools
- Data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
