You'll support recruiting operations and candidate sourcing for a leading mobile eSports platform. Your work will directly impact hiring efficiency and pipeline health. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including onsite logistics
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS
  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards

📋 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, or people operations
  • Experience with ATS systems or recruiting tools
  • Data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
