Description
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth within the State and Local sector. You'll lead sales opportunities, manage business development, and ensure seamless delivery of cloud and digital transformation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent
- 7-10 years experience in State and Local space working with CIOs, CTOs, etc.
- 5+ years experience in IT Service Management Framework; ITIL certifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across acquisition life-cycle
Responsibilities
- Act as primary client liaison for managed services
- Drive and coordinate new sales opportunities across State Local
- Lead winning proposal efforts and track growth metrics
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry organizations
- Oversee P&L management and drive high performance standards
