Description

You will serve as the primary strategic partner for key accounts in the public transport sector, ensuring they achieve maximum value from CitySwift's data platform. You'll build strong relationships, manage projects, and drive outcomes that improve city mobility and sustainability.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing or project management role in public transport, SaaS, or consulting
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Project management experience, organized and deadline-driven
• Comfortable with data interpretation and ROI metrics
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer portfolio, ensuring maximum value from product suite
• Build strong relationships with customers from operational to senior stakeholders
• Manage onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects with tracked milestones
• Lead QBRs and account reviews with data-driven narratives
• Voice customer insights internally to Product, Tech, and Partner Management teams
