📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in construction or fast-paced industries
• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZoomInfo and job boards
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Construction industry experience
