💼 About This Role

You'll work as a Data Analyst at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, partnering with the CFO and senior leadership team. You'll transform complex data from Epic and other systems into actionable insights for financial and operational decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards integrating Epic data with financial systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify KPIs across patient care and revenue cycle.
• Extract and analyze Epic data for performance reviews and strategic planning.
• Assist in creating ad-hoc training materials for business users.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of data analytics experience in healthcare or health tech.
• Demonstrated experience with Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar reporting tools).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one BI/reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet).
