Description

You will lead high-priority strategic projects, analyze financial and operational data, and partner with senior leaders to shape Charlie Health's long-term strategy. This is a high-visibility role on the Strategic Finance team, driving initiatives like revenue analytics, unit economics, and special projects such as fundraising and market launches.

Requirements

• 1-4+ years in investment banking, PE, VC, consulting, or strategic finance
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Experience building insights from complex financial data
• Strong communication skills
• Located within 45-minute commute of NYC, able to work 4 days/week in office

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and strategic projects
• Analyze billing datasets to identify revenue leakage and recommend improvements
• Develop KPIs and translate business performance into actionable insights
• Analyze unit economics and client segmentation
• Support board materials, investor reporting, and special projects
