Description

You will lead design strategy and execution for high-impact digital initiatives across healthcare and enterprise platforms. You'll set creative direction, mentor designers, and partner with stakeholders to elevate the overall design portfolio, while also contributing hands-on to visual and interaction design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in product, UX, or digital design with leadership responsibility
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design execution and creative leadership
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated/enterprise environments preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
