💼 About This Role

You'll join the engineering team at Alan, building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery. You'll help scale our Engineering community across product, tech, and internal organization, and work on greenfield projects and innovative ideas in a startup-like environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build provider-facing platforms for healthcare operations
• Ship AI-powered tools for member navigation
• Create mobile and web experiences for health management
• Design global-first infrastructure for multiple markets

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Engineering experience
• Experience with Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to own product decisions from system design to prioritization
• Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with fast iteration
